Sir,

Please note that I am not defending the atrocities done in Kosovo by anyone - Yugoslav Forces or KLA (yes, they also have blood on their hands!). This is a result of nationalistic movement which takes place in many parts of the world including some prominent European NATO countries such as Britain, Spain, Italy and especially, Turkey. However, in this case, it become a reason for aggression against small country by a greatest remaining superpower under excuse of defending the peace and stability in Europe. Yes, I am convinced that this act was initiated by US, and the talk about 19 NATO countries is just a fig leaf. Let's be clear - this is an American policy!

By now it must be clear for anyone who takes time to follow the events that so far the result of this war are DISASTROUS - politically and humanitarian - even through heavy smoke of really shameless NATO propaganda and misinformation. Potentially, it may end with a CATASTROFE.

Please consider the following facts:

This is the first time since WWII the sovereign country, certainly in Europe, has being attacked without any border dispute or provocation. The neighboring multinational countries of Greece, Macedonia, Montenegro, Hungary, Romania and even parts of already occupied Bosnia MUST feel much LESS safety today the before this campaign started - so much for defending the STABILITY and SAFETY of a Europe!

The NATO discarded its own charter of a strictly DEFENSIVE organization, losing all its credibility as a peaceful neighbor to Russia or any other country for this matter.

UN and Security Consul - was ignored and lost all its reason to exist. From now on, the international relations will be defined by a rule of force.

It became clear that more and more casualties and damage will be brought on Kosovo and Serbia population. It also become clear that US Government is not interested in any compromise other then unconditional surrender and military occupation of Serb's territory. Even if a compromise has a promise to bring immediate relief to refugees and remained population on a ground in Kosovo. Therefore, THIS IS NOT ABOUT HELPING THE REFUGEES who may not survive long enough to see a triumph of NATO 'victory'. As NATO is running out of legitimate military targets without expected quick victory at hands, it finds it harder and harder to avoid civilian casualties and damage. Nevertheless, it pleads to intensify the bombardment! I must therefore assume that the planned carpet-bombing by B-52 or clustered ammunition of MRLS will be used to stop the suffering of Kosovo and Serbian population by death.

The question MUST be raised - WHAT IS THIS WAR IS ABOUT and WHO IS THE BENEFITIARY? I beg all honest people in a media - STOP PROPAGANDA - START INVESTIGATION!
