I have on several occasions condemned the NATO aggression and will continue to do so.

I teach international law. When the Yugoslav government is ready to take the case against NATO and/or NATO countries to the International Court of Justice, I will be happy, if invited, to participate in a legal team to represent your country. Please forward this message to your foreign ministry.
